The National Institute of Standards and Technology will hold aworkshop on computer security for small-business owners from 8:30a.m. until 4 p.m. Sept. 26 at John Marshall Law School's Center forInformation Technology and Privacy Law, 315 S. Plymouth Ct. Theworkshop, which costs $35 to attend, covers practices to secure e-mail, payroll and customer data and technologies to protect againsthackers, viruses and cyber-criminals.
