NSW:Escaped NSW sex killer may apply for bail

SYDNEY, Jan 11 AAP - Sex killer Trent Jennings may apply for bail on a raft of charges
he allegedly committed after he went missing from a psychiatric hospital.

Jennings did not appear in Sydney's Central Local Court on Wednesday, when counsel
representing him said he may apply for bail in a few weeks.

The 26-year-old faces charges of detaining a person for advantage, car theft, robbery
and gaining a financial benefit by deception.

They relate to an incident in Sydney's south on December 29, while Jennings was on
